I am a single mom who works everyday consecutively to make ends meet with no vehicle I never take off of work unless it comes to my son I live 3 hours away from Memphis then 35 from a local hospital and brought him in for an allergy test that was ordered by his pediatrician also scheduled by a specialist at the Le Bonheur location just to be told the by another allergy specialist (Dr. Hammond) it wasn’t necessary and just to give him things he could possibly be deathly allergic to while I could’ve also been called to be told... read more
The lack of empathy and professionalism at this clinic is appalling. I had a handwritten order from our pediatrician for lab work. The front desk acted as though that had never happened before and were upset that I chose their location of the three options that were written on the order. She brought it back to me saying that because it didn't have lab codes, so they would not do it. Garbage. The lady on the phones when trying to schedule for dermatology is a downright brat. If you try to express your frustration regarding the waitlist she doesn’t care one bit. Her voice is “ The face” Of Patient services, For people calling in… DO BETTER

Dr. Elise Md helped us in no time with our baby girl! She came and got her and knew exactly what to do and we are so appreciative! She was so knowledgeable and very helpful! All of the other nurses and doctors were so kind. We are truly so blessed to have had her help.
