The doctors are wonderful but whoever is doing the hiring here needs to vet the nurses at the front desk a tad more carefully. No bedside manner. Rude for absolutely no reason and just full of attitude. Been going here 7 years and never seen anything like it.
Dr. Reed is great but the front desk staff is horrible. We had to switch pediatricians because my son who was a patient since birth hadn't been seen lately. The attitude and disregard for patient care by the staff is mind blowing.
Dr. Berger is the best.
Gina Easley, is one of the best employees on the staff! She answers the phone so politely, you can tell she enjoys her job. She makes scheduling appointments for kids so easy especially when you have multiple! Thank you so much Gina!
