We love Dr, Dick she's caring and she listens she's very good with our son who has autism I wouldn't take him to anybody else thank you Dr, Dick for being caring. She always takes her time and understanding everything you have to say she's a doctor that's always there to listen we love her my son been seeing her since he was four now he's 15
Dr.Dick is truly everything you can ask for in a pediatrician! She listens, assesses thoroughly, and loves her career. I am so grateful for her!
The front desk staff are cold, dismissive, curt, and seemingly annoyed with interacting with patients. The doctors and staff in the back were great. But I’m not sure if that’s enough to deal with the front desk staff. When you’re going there with your sick baby, the last thing you want is a front desk staff member being shockingly rude. I hope some changes happen sooner rather than later.
As some other parents here, the front office staff has been rude and customer service could be better. I continue to go because Dr. Reed is absolutely amazing. Called personally to check on my son after we found out some alarming news. She was so knowledgeable and reassured me everything would be okay. I am so glad she is my son’s pediatrician.
I highly like my daughter’s pediatrician Dr Shenep but recently the women in the front desk have been rude. When calling in Melanie T****** was very dismissive and Paris B**** wasn’t helpful with responding back to emails. A young lady by the name of Bianca was very pleasant and eagerly assisted me. This is a place of business if I’m calling that office I shouldn’t receive attitudes and rudeness off the rip. I understand healthcare is stress but I you’re not willing to assist with general needs PLEASE QUIT!
