On top of everything else the security staff is terrible and unprofessional. They were too busy picking a fight with me to notice that a mother was in the parking lot struggling to help her injured son into the door. They needed a wheelchair. I go to the vet before I'd go to this place!
I visited LaBonheur Hospital today and was impressed with the helpful and professional staff. However, my experience with Dr. Jampana Raju, MD was disappointing. Despite explaining that my 25-week-old baby had been vomiting, having diarrhea, and running a fever for five days, he didn't provide the necessary assistance. Instead, he sent us back home ( 3 hours drive far from home ) with only a prescription for Zofran.
