Rude & judgmental
Two red felt, $1/game, pool tables with straight cues, hand chalk, and cue chalk. Tables are level and the felt has no holes. The rack area is a bit uneven which results in the balls moving from their appropriate position. Incompetence and inconsistency ruled the night. Called and asked for details regarding a show. Was told that there would be no cover charge before 11. Arrived at the venue at 10:30 and was told I had to pay. The worst part is I called back and the women over the phone said that she knows incorrect information was relayed but did not try to remedy the situation at all. Terrible customer service. Definitely lacked southern hospitality
