Leesa and Lesley and their entire staff are always there for you! Clean environment, that welcomes you with open arms. No matter what level you are at, you can be comfortable coming to their gym to work out with a group of ladies that all want you to succeed in your individual goals. And that goes for other members as well! Everyone is there to lift one another up! New work outs all the time, constantly improving and bringing more to give variety and great worth to your membership!
Love everything about this gym. From the amazing killer workouts, to the top notch coaches, to the friendliness all clients bring to the weights.. It feels like home! I'm so glad I found a gym to call home, there is no better place.
I have been coming to Le Body for about six months. I love the variety of classes both cardio and strength training. There are numerous time slots to choose from that is so helpful for my lifestyle of kids crazy schedules and working. I have been working out for years but have never had the toned look that I have gotten at Le Body. Anyone can do these classes too! The trainers always offer modifications for the moves so from beginner to advanced, Le Body is for everyone!
This place is filled with women who cheer you on and encourage you! The coaches take the time to give you direction and push you to your limit.
