Booking was easy and prerequisite instruction was provided clearly and concisely. Several additional fees were imposed at check in, which were substantial and should have been arranged initially. Check in disclosed too much information that could not be easily retained for practical use. The charts and manual provided were thorough. Le Boat is a great company We used it 3 times out of Canada Everything is top notch! The only discomfort you might have on a captain seat as it is not comfortable at all Very pour design ..I always bring with me plastic seat from Amazon and it makes the trip! We enjoyed our houseboat vacations with Leboat every time we go there !

Such a relaxing vacation. I thought driving a big boat would be a little stressful but the staff makes sure you are completely comfortable with the boat before you go out. Staff was professional, very informative and such a pleasure. The trip done the canal was beautiful and peaceful. So much to see and enjoy. Hight recommend!
Yet another great experience with Le Boat at Smiths Falls. From the very warm welcome from Veronica on arrival and the great attitude of all the staff we met it was truely a great experience. Our boat was as usual in great and clean condition and was a real pleasure to handle. A particular shout out to Mike for all his help too. Thanks to your all and will see you all again soon.
