Owner based customer service! I have never experienced a mechanic shop that the owner comes to you ready to assess and ready to help. Tom did this for me two times now and the work has been good and kindly as well. I would highly recommend as he is very honest and the pricing is very fair
This is the one of the best and most honest auto shops ever. Family owned and honestly just great people to work with. We were recently stranded on the side of a highway with a blown radiator. I called up Le Blanc's and they were there within 20 minutes. I've brought all of my vehicles here for inspections, standard maintenance, as well as some bigger jobs like a timing chain replacement. Their work is always great and their pricing is honest. They have treated me very well and I hope nothing but the best for them.
I would give ZERO stars if I could. Leblanc's auto recycling should be recycled themselves, get a new owner while they're at it. I suffered a car accident hitting a deer last Saturday, I had the misfortune continuing as I ended up having to deal with these fine "professional" folks. They added undue stress to mine and my fiancée's difficult situation. I scrapped a 2012 Chevy cruze with a blown headgasket but fresh turbo and cooling system he said he was gonna give me 300. I only received 200 because he charged me for a tow and told me that in person after we agreed on 300. It also took him over 2 weeks to pick up the car. I would recommend just ether selling or parting your car through Facebook marketplace way more profit and the same amount of bs etherway. I hope yall have a nice day peace ✌️
