Great job on fortifying our foundation
His bid price has no meaning and he overcharges a lot.He takes way too long to get projects done. Talks about being too burnt out to work anymore and says his own crew is not good?!?!
We regret ever doing business with John Le Blanc. He was unreliable, not showing up when expected, and not always communicative. I have read reviews from previous years that are in agreement. STAY AWAY.
LeBlanc construction provided us with excellent service and responsiveness, quality of work, and value for our time sensitive remodel project in Carmel. Buddy and John were great at communicating throughout the project, and consistently presented us with options to save money on labor and materials. There were no surprises and invoice amounts were exactly as expected. The painters they use are a bit expensive in my opinion, so I will get a separate bid for painting for our next project.
