She's easy to talk to, understanding and accomodating about appointment date/time changes, and very professional. I love coming here! Every time I've been, it was a lovely experience all around. I've loved my results each time! I was nervous my first time getting botox, but I was brought to feel calm, at ease, and very welcome. They are gentle and answer any question I may have. The process never feels rushed either.
