I have leased a fully-furnished unit and paid an additional $500pm to include utilities and a regular clean. I arrived to find the owners had taken most of the furnishings (including the tv off the wall, no microwave, vacuum cleaner or any art on the walls). My husband and I were so very lucky to find this gorgeous place! We had been searching for quite awhile for the perfect apartment that had everything we required. We felt at home the instant we first inspected the apartment. The style of the place is extremely modern.
