Best mechanic shop in Chico hands down
L.E is the best in town, Very helpful and Trustworthy shop , I just had the best experience with my air-conditioning. They were able to find the solution and get it going again. I am so thankful I totally 100% recommend.
Brought a Subaru in for front axle replacements. One of the axles was stuck and they ended up having to replace the wheel bearing as well, but they didn’t charge me for extra labor. They got it done quickly and the car drives much smoother. Fantastic experience overall and I will definitely be using their services in the future.
Everyone I talked with were very kind and helpful, as a 20 year old girl with anxiety I never once felt scared or uncomfortable. Plus my car works now and they replaced the part super quickly.
Not too happy with my experience here. I originally hit them up January 9th regarding my situation with my car. I was told to bring it in the next week to take a look at it but apparently the owner was sick that week, and told me he would call my car warranty and work out the details of the repair. It is now going on January 21st, and I was told I would be called back today regarding a follow-up with the warranty shop, yet I've received nothing.
