They accepted a roadside assistance job, where the note stated that the vehicle cannot be towed using a flatbed. Their dispatch was advised by roadside assistance that a flatbed could not be used, get a flatbed arrived. The driver advised he would call his dispatch to have a wheel lift capable tow truck arrive. Didn’t bother to advise that they had canceled the call.
Marcos at Prestige is exactly the type of person who I’d want to arrive if I ever need another tow. Marcos arrived earlier than expected, was professional, showed incredible care and proficiency handling my car, and maintained a friendly and warm demeanor every second of the way. Through conversation, it was obvious he was as knowledgeable as he was passionate about cars. I’d recommend Marcos to a friend, partner, and even my own mother if she lived in their service zone.
My car suddenly started acting up and I couldn’t drive it. I called USAA Insurance for towing, and they connected me with this company. To my surprise, I only had to wait about 15 minutes for the tow truck to arrive. Manuel did it very fast and efficient.
Excellent service! The driver was friendly, courteous, and treated my motorcycle with great care. The pricing was fair, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.
