Very bad experience with driver, so rude unprofessional.
We scheduled a time for pickup in the morning and they never showed up. Tried to call them and they didn’t pick up the phone. Highly disappointed since this caused me to be late to work. Update: Showed up 40 minutes late, by that time i’ve already contacted another company for towing.
I had a great experience today with the team from Prestige Towing. My car broke down not far from their corporate office (no tow trucks there), however I was able to secure a driver in a very short period of time. Even after I accidentally hung up on him thinking he was 1 of the other 3 companies I called (sorry again). Nonetheless, Marco was great in helping me move the car onto the bed even though my positioning was not ideal. The price was also not terrible considering what we heard others pay from other companies. Thanks... read more
