Ray Howard, Ray was exceptional in discovering that the starter was not the problem with my car and the battery and perhaps something other was the issue.
Car broke down on 1/24/25 on the I395 bridge right before going into DC with my 22 month old son in the back seat. I have USAA, and their contractor (Agero), had first assigned my case to other tow companies. The wait times were over 2 hours for those companies and when I called to explain that I was stranded on the side of a busy interstate with a young child, they were unable to help make the time shorter.
