Last month a driver for the company rear ended my car. As I stupidly did not have my phone on me, I relied on their driver to text me their information. He didn’t. When Amro the manager called me he tried to get me to not go through their insurance company. Once he realized that I had little proof of the accident, Amro proceeded to ghost me and when I did finally contact his insurance he lied about the whole thing. Do not trust this company.
Broke down called insurance been sitting on the side of the road for three hours they never showed up
UPDATED: Blew a tire. Stellantis Road Side Assistance dispatched Prestige. I called Prestige for an ETA and was told 35 -60 minutes. After 90 minutes I called and call was not answered. Instead, I received a text to "please text." I texted and did not get a reply. After 120 minutes, I got a call from the driver who gave me an ETA of 30-60 minutes.
