Just dissatisfied.
Rude receptionist and no idea to deal with customer,Keeping vehicle for whole day and later handover without doing work on.After start calling for re-book to finish the pending work.No parking space and always park outside on road.Once got van hit by passeby and mechanic too rude no respect for customer at all.
Very poor customer service after sale i have made a mistake to by LDV. You guys don't mack this mistake will regret,
Asking $50 to have loan car for a day when I'm having to bring my brand new car that's done 2500kms in for inspection due to multiple issues. Absolutely ridiculous that you charge people for a loan car when a brand new car shouldn't have so many issues. The girls at the desk are ditzy and have no idea. They try to go against consumer warranty. Tries to blame the other companies when in fact it's them.
