Manager at the service center is very condescending, doesn't listen to your issues about the car. I suggest you take your car to another service centre. Also it would help if they actually answered the phone !!! On a positive note Mo is a true gentleman, too bad the rest of the team are pathetic

Worst service ever!! Charged for services not rendered!! DO NOT take your vehicle for services with Lansvale motor group or repairs!! If I could give -3 starts I would. I was forced to give a 1 start rating.
I bought a new LDV MIFA last year, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. When I received the car, it already had a scratched part, and I was promised it would be replaced — but to this day, it still hasn’t been. During the first service at Avalli Preston, I mentioned that the back door couldn’t be opened with the remote. They acknowledged the issue and said it would be fixed, but nothing was done. I've been trying to get a hold of the service centre to book my car in for service. I've called 3 times last week. Twice this week and nobody is there to answer. I have sent a request on the website enquiry to book my car in for service. Still no response after more then 24 hours.
