Service from start to finish was the best I’ve dealt with when buying a new car. Andrew, Max and Sally made buying my car so much easier and stress free. If you want a quality car and impeccable service I will suggest LDV Geelong every time. I will be back in the future.
Dropped off my car this morning after booking and being told i could collect by midday, called back in at 1pm they havent even started on it, no communication to let me know, bloke just stood there and said they need to be better, no shit! So now im sitting here for another two hours while they do it, shambles of an organisation Not to mention the razor blade left on the seat of my van, took it back inside and suggested they dont leave hazardous items like this on clients car seats, the dude just said “ill pass it on”
Called up to try and get a spare part for my G10 van. They won't let you know the part number! Not helpful at all! Only ever had issues with my 2022 G10 van, better off buying a 10 year old Toyota Hiace any day of the week! stay away from these piles of junk.

Absolutely horrible service and they just don't care. We have had our LDV van in their workshop for 15 weeks now for a warranty repair (it was originally expected to be off the road for only 1 week!!). At the end of February, when I advised I have no choice but to take this to Consumer Affairs Victoria, the issue finally got escalated to the Dealer Principal, Brad Till .
