I recently purchased a new D90, and from the moment I placed the order to the day I picked it up, the team at Five Dock were fantastic. They kept me updated every step of the way and made the whole process seamless. Definitely one of the best car dealerships I’ve dealt with, and I’ll be ordering my next car from the team at Five Dock without hesitation.
Staff were helpful. after my designated driver fell ill they picked me up from the station to collect my vehicle. Above and beyond hence the three stars. Post sales care factor was low, I requested some minor repairs be made per my inspection, one of them a warranty inspection. They said they'd organise it however when i picked it up they were not done, claiming the inspector has to say these things, I questioned why, " they have no stake" , I got the same answer .
