Knowledgeable and Honest! First off, I consider myself to be somewhat mechanically inclined; however, I could not figure this specific car problem out. Lenard was awesome! Lenard gave me what he assumed to be the problem as well as an estimate for the fix. When I asked how sure he was that what I was paying for would fix the problem, he told me if it didn't fix the problem he would not charge me any labor.
