I purchased a 6" tube plasma machine from LDR Motion and we just received it last week. I have had nothing but issues from the beginning. It doesn't import STEP files of channel, as they said it would, and now I am doing my first production run and got 6 parts in and the front clamp quit working. I have email them and called them and no response. There website says they respond within 24 hours, but in the production world, who has that much time to wait for a response. we bought our 4' x 8' CMC plasma table from LDR almost 3 years ago. we've have great customer service and the machine is rock solid. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another, great folks to work with!
