My son loves the LDR XP headgear. The headgear stays in position better than his last one. We had an issue with one of the snaps and they quickly sent out a replacement.

This business is essentially a scam. What they sell is unusable products, they demand atrocious delivery fees, and they do NOT reimburse faulty gear. I have bought anti-concussion headgear for wrestling. It turns out that if would get undone after 5-10 seconds of light wrestling practice. The reason is that the headgear is secured by very cheap, faulty and slippery plastic buckle. When I have asked for reimbursement, they said no, it's not a faulty product, this is the product. Poor communication. Made a purchase at 10pm at night. Immediately emailed asking to cancel due to finding the color my son wanted in stock on a different site. The next day they offered to send the out of stock color. We declined and asked for a refund. They then said the product had already shipped. We still asked how to return it. They said they a shipping label would have to be sent. We continued to ask for the label without response. The package was never opened. Still a month later and no response.
