We had LDR flooring replace some of our carpeted area with new hardwoods, and refinish the hardwoods for a significan portion of the first floor. We are completely satisfied with the outcome and love the floors. The process was straighforward and easy. LDR's teams were on time, very friendly and completed the work ahead of schedule. Steve and his team have my full recommendation.

Steve "completed" a master bath tile job for me. I paid as invoiced in total and held up my side of the contract. He did not complete the job leaving the shower asymmetrical and unfinished. I had 3 conversations; one conversation as soon as the job was "complete" expressing my dissatisfaction with the 2 inch gap left between the tile and the window; second conversation on the phone and the third again at the job site.
