they are very unprofessional as they don't have a morals and values which is required in a company.
Never subscribe their email and keep sending me email
We were completely mistreated. Despite the broker agreeing to a rate by email, he then purposefully delayed the process for over an hour by bombarding us with multiple questions to shop around with other carriers. He didn't release the rate confirmation until he found a lower offer and sold it to another carrier and told us he gets customers at a lower rate. This unfair practice caused us to miss out on several lucrative deals that we had been counting on. FYI we have been in this business 12+ years
