LDJ Fitness is the best fitness gym in Columbus. The owner and other trainers are professional and do their best to meet your fitness needs. Great and positive atmosphere.
LDJ fitness ran by Lorenzo Dowdell is nothing short of amazing. He truly cares about his clients, their health, and pushes them to achieve their goals. I was fortunate enough to gain a surplus of knowledge under his instruction during personal training & I can’t thank him enough for laying my foundation. He is a professional at all times and if you choose to train with him you won’t be disappointed!
