We ordered a significant amount of Quarrix products for a project. Upon receipt, two small pieces with an insignifcant value relative to our order volume were missing from our order. When we brought this issue up to the local account rep, we were given the cold shoulder and told to repurchase the missing pieces. Their local account rep also misinformed us about the correct quantity on a couple of other items which lead to further delays to the project. I've tried reaching out to your texas team and I've received no calls back! Your team is selling drugs on the floor. My son just went and picked up pens from that location! Apparently, this isn't a new thing as I connect with other parents. Drug test your team and see what I'm talking about. Inches from calling the police to investigate.
