I had a disappointing experience with this real estate attorney. The consultation was unclear, and questions were often answered with more questions unless I paid an additional $350/hour. She couldn’t clearly explain anything. I paid a $300 flat fee for a simple deed and clearly communicated my deadline and need for notarization.
