Excellent customer service. I have had 3 different repairs done with costs between $450 and $1,300. All were done well.
WAS my go-to automotive shop. HIDDEN FEES!! No up-front communication or indication about charges. This place changed from a customer centric shop to a business that is becoming OVER-PRICED and is UNDERHANDED. I would highly recommend you NEVER USE ld automotive for any type of repair.

We are sorry that you felt like we were not up front with you . We have done business for a while and would hate to lose it over a few misunderstandings. We have signs posted in office about check out fees and storage fees like many others businesses . Our price for check out is standard and storage fees is 15-25 a day after decline of work . We did charge 7.14 a day which I believe was reasonable, there are many family's that depend on this shop to provide them a income and we have to be carful of how many cars are left her... read more
Had LD Automotive work on my car and they did exactly what I wanted them to do. (upgraded my brakes) They were fast, friendly and were priced pretty reasonable. Great work guys and thanks. I would recommend these guys anytime.
Was tired of dealership repair bills. Tried this place and was very satisfied. In and out in less than an hour. Were willing to show me what they were doing, and reasonable price. They're moving into Frisco in October, so location will be more convenient also. Will definitely use them again.
