Tom and I have a different view of clarity with regard to fee levels as advertised or conveyed by phone on two separate occasions and what was charged at completion of work. Further though I did pay both fees without argument..it was because I was glad to have the submissions over and done with. . Tom and Rita were personable in their dealings. The fee in 2015 was $62.15 and $118.65 in 2023. The service can be trusted to do a professional job..notwithstanding.
Tom and I have a different view of what I was told in a phone call to him to ask for his charge. Further though I did pay his fee which was given to me at the end...without argument..it wasn't because I had understood the fee level in advance but because I was glad to have the submission over and done with. I do not recall any clear explanation of the fees he claimed to have clarified for me in advance.
I have been filing taxes at different accounting offices, and this year, I used LDA. I am happy with their service, which has the lowest fees I have encountered. Very professional. Highly recommended.
