Haven't even gotten my lawn yet and already very unhappy with the customer service!! Been building for 3 years, gave them 8 months notice of completion date and then get notified that there is yet a further 4 months waiting period, and just got extended to possible 5months yesterday! No one has an excuse or can give me any indication of a date for my appointment. Our frontage is prepared and ready and has been for months!!! Not sure how these clowns operate a business, but they SUCK at it!!
