If you want to pay $199 to talk to someone rude. Be my guess! I called in and told the lady what was wrong with my speaker but all I hear was. It will cost you $199 for the first hour of our service that doesn’t include the parts. After an hour it’ll be additional. Ummmmmm ok…. WTH! The receptionist lady is quite unbearable. She definitely was the lowlight of my whole experience at LD systems in Houston, Tx. The moment I walked in, she sucked the happiness out of soul. I know now… if there’s someone waiting for me at the gates of hell, it’ll be her. No doubt about it. I will never be coming back here again. I pray our paths never cross. So long as I live. Everyone else was very helpful. Just not her.
