The lady at the counter at first is very unwelcoming and makes you feel like you just want to walk out and not look back. But I think thats just her demeanor. After about 4mins of talking to her she got in a different additude. Maybe she was having a bad day but see these other comments maybe that just the way she interacts. Some people are just like that. As long as she is not doing it on purpose to be mean. But some people will not like that and they will react to it. God Bless Us All. We are all humans on Gods Earth!

If you want to pay $199 to talk to someone rude. Be my guess! I called in and told the lady what was wrong with my speaker but all I hear was. It will cost you $199 for the first hour of our service that doesn’t include the parts. After an hour it’ll be additional. Ummmmmm ok…. WTH! You want me to bring my speaker in, pay $199, without any information on whether it can get fixed or not? Holy smokes talk about highway robbery… I understand inflation but geez…. The receptionist lady is quite unbearable. She definitely was the lowlight of my whole experience at LD systems in Houston, Tx. The moment I walked in, she sucked the happiness out of soul. I know now… if there’s someone waiting for me at the gates of hell, it’ll be her. No doubt about it. I will never be coming back here again. I pray our paths never cross. So long as I live. Everyone else was very helpful. Just not her.
