I sent in multiple seatbelts and one module to be reset. Everything came back in great shape except for one seatbelt that didn't work with my car. I sent it back, emailed them, and included my contact info inside the box, but I never heard back. After a few weeks, I reached out to customer support. They promised to look into it but never followed up. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I received no response. I ended up losing my original seatbelt and had to buy a brand-new one. Terrible service.
They cleared the crash data on my srs module for $60 seemed like a fair price and did it while I waited. It took less than 10 minutes.
Sent my seat belts to them for my ram everything was ok until I installed my driver side belt! Contacted them and was ignored for forever if I remember correctly I emailed them texted them and messaged them via messenger! All ignored after months they choose to call me and text my phone # (I ignored it because i was over them at that point it took wayyyyyyy to long) I Contacted the BBB and everything these people have been 0 help! hasn't offered any actual help no refund no nothing after spending a good coin for my services ... read more
