Never EVER...EVERY..Buy again. One month to get product. And they didn't Even have what they sold me, and NEVER told me they didn't have it. Three weeks later I had to contact them, only to find our it never shipped, nothing at all! Never again
Placed an order a few days ago, the website says that standard delivery is expected to be delivered in 3-5 business days and I still hadn't received any notification of shipping. I called customer service only to find out the product I ordered was out of stock. Not sure when they were planning on notifying me if I hadn't called in. Rep told me it'd be back in stock in 1-2 weeks so I asked if they'd be providing free expedited shipping for the delay and he said no, so I cancelled the order. I placed an order on 4/10/23 and STILL haven’t received a shipping confirmation or the product that I ordered. Approximately two weeks after I placed the order I contacted customer support via chat and was told that they didn’t have one of the cartridges that I ordered in stock so they had to get it from another warehouse. When I asked when I could expect delivery, they said “soon.” It is now several weeks later and I still have not received my order or any acknowledgement of a delay. This used to be a great company with good customer service but not anymore. Placed order on 04.04.23 still showing processing and tried to call customer service and nobody p[icks up. Kept holding the line over 30 mts each time. Spent more than 4 hrs to be on hold. Tried to cancel the order online, no option to do so. Sent them an email to cancel the order, but no response. Worst customer service. No more business from me .
