Horrible toners! They come from China. They do not have the LD label on them and look completely different from the LD website. Worse than Amazon toners. Do not last but two weeks printing at most 30-50 pages per day on my brother machine. I told them that they don't last the advertised 3000 pages and the customer service agent told me that it's not what that means, that each page is supposed to be printed to 5% of the page, not the full page. Never EVER...EVERY..Buy again. One month to get product. And they didn't Even have what they sold me, and NEVER told me they didn't have it. Three weeks later I had to contact them, only to find our it never shipped, nothing at all! Never again
Placed an order a few days ago, the website says that standard delivery is expected to be delivered in 3-5 business days and I still hadn't received any notification of shipping. I called customer service only to find out the product I ordered was out of stock. Not sure when they were planning on notifying me if I hadn't called in. Rep told me it'd be back in stock in 1-2 weeks so I asked if they'd be providing free expedited shipping for the delay and he said no, so I cancelled the order. I placed an order on 4/10/23 and STILL haven’t received a shipping confirmation or the product that I ordered. Approximately two weeks after I placed the order I contacted customer support via chat and was told that they didn’t have one of the cartridges that I ordered in stock so they had to get it from another warehouse.
