The work was completed on time and budget. The staff were courteous, efficient and left the job very clean. We wouldn't hesitate to use LD Plumbing and Heating again.
Unfortunately no stars. We had a issue with water coming back up from our pipe and they came out and pulled a root out of the pipe the size of a dandelion and that was it. It was fixed. It ended up flooding out our basement and causing us more problems. They were not interested in working with us to fix the problem and charged us the full amount. We wouldn’t use them again. We called root rooter and they fixed the issue right away. We should have called them first.
Prompt, efficient installation of my new hot water tank. Thanks, LD!
