Wouldn’t send my worst enemy here. The lady that works the phone is absolutely awful. experience was unacceptable. The woman I dealt with at this doctor’s office was incredibly rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. She spoke to me in a condescending and belittling manner from the moment I arrived, as if I was an inconvenience rather than a patient. Today’s visit was know different than the 30 plus visits. That I have had with Dr Cox. He is very knowledgeable of his profession and very Efficient and he never rushes and on top of all of this. He does something that 90% of doctors don’t do. He is a great listener and communicator.
Extremely grateful for the treatment and relief provided, and appreciative of the excellent customer service! Thank you so much.
