Carpet replacement at a stressful time, Lana was there with samples and measuring. In quick time all was sorted for installation. The team were brilliant and fast at removing and replacing old with new carpet, good humoured, mega efficient, all done in three hours! If only I could do it all over again but the carpet is guaranteed for 35 years!
