Caveat emptor. I paid him $8,000 in February, and he later claimed I had exhausted non-private sessions priced significantly lower after enrolling at the $640 per month rate. I was awarded an additional 6 months for signing up for a year, yet he still tried to cancel me in August. Not a bad workout, but his business practices are hardly admirable.
L&D Fitness has very knowledgeable trainers who are truly there to help you with your journey. No matter what your goals are. I would recommend anyone looking to make positive changes in their workouts and diet to go see them. You will not regret your decision!!
