We chose L&D Construction after seeing the work they did on a close friend’s home. Once we saw the quality firsthand, we felt comfortable moving forward with them. Our project was a full scrape and rebuild in Denver on a split lot, which came with plenty of permitting and inspection hurdles. We had a great experience working with L & D Construction on our ADU. They clearly knew what they were doing, kept us informed throughout the process, and stayed on schedule and budget.
