I engaged Lawrence towards the end of November 2022 for a minor repair and he still hasn't contacted the property manager as of the 16th Jan. 2023 after he said he would several times. He won't return my phone calls and text messages. Not a good way to run a business!
Very expensive $110 for 10 minutes consultation.
