Very difficult to get an appointment, no assistance through the Patient Portal (they just refer you to Urgent Care), they cancel appointments, then book you at least 2-3 weeks later, and little to no empathy. For example, my appointment for 09/11/25 got canceled 09/09/25 and rescheduled for 10/01/25. I advised the receptionist that it was not right for me to have to wait in fear for a potential serious issue. I’m a mountain bike rider that often gets injured. Eileen has gone above and beyond from stitches to getting me physical therapy and help with my dislocated elbow. She’s not the kind of doctor to just prescribe a pain medication and send you on your way.
Eileen is is amazing! She is very caring and knowledgeable.
