I can’t recommend LCS Air more. We had a terrible experience with several other companies which required us to replace our whole airconditioning system. Everyone we spoke to was kind and caring. They all went out of their way to help sort our problem. The new units were installed quickly and the price was more than reasonable. We have needed to contact them once for a small issue and they sent someone out the next day. You shouldn’t hesitate to use this company.
I asked for a proper aircon maintenance, with 385 bucks spent, the technician came in my property and checked the temperature and the outdoor unit, without hands getting on the filter whatsoever he left after 10 mins. I asked the service centre, no response so far, I do not recommend this company at all, people, do not let this company rip you off.
We went to LCS in December to get our aircon repaired. It took around 2 months for them to send out technicians and now we are still waiting. 5 months and counting with a broken air conditioner. We are calling them weekly and they keep saying they will call us back with updates and then never call! It is really frustrating. I was two months postpartum when the aircon broke and had to sweat all summer because they couldn’t repair the a/c in a timely fashion. LCS installed a new inverter to replace my previous worn out unit that has given me great comfort over the years. Joel and Tyson were very helpful, answered any queries about the system I had without a hassle and took great care to leave my place spotless. Thank you guys!
