We stayed at 510 Lakewood cozy corner cottage it was beautiful it was spacious the owners were amazing they made us little hand carved crosses on the table a big one hanging in the living room and gave me one before we left ❤️
Within an hour of our arrival, the ceiling above the kitchen sink area fell onto my head, as well as, onto my dog. I followed LCR procedures and reported it immediately. Not long after that, I found the bathroom sink non-functional and followed the same procedure to report that. Overall, there was a lack of care about my health and well-being after being hit on the head with the ceiling, or the bugs and dirt that were now imbedded in my hair. Yuk! This place is also known as the Sandcastle at 22nd first upon getting this rental I was really having some bad thoughts after looking at all the reviews as you guys knew I do a lot of reviews all over the place all over the country this place is is awesome I only found a few minor things that most people will probably not even see the room was clean the people were amazing and friendly and always eager to help you have your privacy there's not anyone knocking on your door in the morning except for the day that you are leavin... read more
Stay clear of 2905! Musky smells is the worst complaint. We also have some type of animal crawling either in the walls or duct work. Went to complain to main office about problems and they sent someone to spray some fragrance around the rental. All of our clothes and personal belongings stink from the nasty smell.
We love Lakewood. The website is not the easiest to navigate. Each house we've stayed in has its pros and cons. This was the nicest one we stayed in. It would be nice if they offered more garbage bags and toilet paper. Easy check in and out. Super nice community within lakewood.
