We enjoy staying in Lakewood but some of the rental properties through LCR are not in very good condition. The bathroom had lots of visible mildew on the walls. To their credit, they did come out quickly and clean it after we called them. The walls and the floors were dirty and worn throughout the house. The check in process was great! They gave us some FYI documents about the property and one discussed that they do spray for bugs. However, we seen and killed quite a few roaches during our stay. We stayed at 510 Lakewood cozy corner cottage it was beautiful it was spacious the owners were amazing they made us little hand carved crosses on the table a big one hanging in the living room and gave me one before we left ❤️
The location me and my family stayed at was next to smokers and we always smelt weed and other drugs the trailer had an ant infestation in the front room next to my bed and in one of the bedrooms getting on my friends with gum stuck to the headboard and the door had to be slammed to close. the bathroom had a vent that would rattle while the ac was on and the faucet to the shower was very confusing to turn on The kitchen had cracked plates and bowls and we were not allowed to leave dishes in the sink when we left The water pa... read more
DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY! They blame you for things that are broken or damage to keep the deposit and take your money without telling you first that they are blaming you for something that was already broken or damaged. Then when the customer service is horrible when you call. My experience renting a house with LCR management was a nightmare. I am not the type of person that writes reviews, just when is really needed and I don’t want anyone to had the truly bad experience I had.
This place is also known as the Sandcastle at 22nd first upon getting this rental I was really having some bad thoughts after looking at all the reviews as you guys knew I do a lot of reviews all over the place all over the country this place is is awesome I only found a few minor things that most people will probably not even see the room was clean the people were amazing and friendly and always eager to help you have your privacy there's not anyone knocking on your door in the morning except for the day that you are leavin... read more
