Very kind lady helped me open an account. I enjoyed my time here and all her help. The process was pretty straightforward. Im happy to have a nice bank close to home and look forward to banking with them.
Called about a house in West Elkton Ohio that someone had defaulted on the loan from lcnb Bank. Was talking to the lady and after a couple of failed attempts to get me to the right information concerning that house, felt like she more-or-less cut me off, and when I tried to call back after one minute of waiting was cut off again. Sad, because we were really looking forward to purchasing that house...
