LCMC Lakeview Circle, Dr Mary E. Holzer Billing is a joke. My "wellness visit" was incorrectly coded as a regular doctors appointment. Despite requesting a "wellness visit" over the phone when scheduling, in office when checking in, and again noted it on my paperwork at check-in as my "reason for visit". At no time was I told it would be billed otherwise. After 6+ months of back and forth with their billing department, the issue has still not been corrected.
