They can’t get ANYTHING correct! I was given an appointment for lab work at 6:45 am and a Cat Scan at 7:00am. I arrived to my lab appointment to be told they don’t open until 7:00am. At 7 the tech came out to tell me she didn’t have orders for it. Then I went downstairs to find out my scan wasn’t in the cancer center. It was in the main hospital. I made my way there and of course I was late. This is my third set up appointments for my immunotherapy, and NEVER have they been correct!
Very rude and condescending. I spoke with two individuals about billing concerns. Need education on Medicare A and B ( difference between the two). Reports supervisor was unavailable when asked to speak with her/him. Try to be a little more considerate and respectful.
Horrific staff. Uneducated sheep. Unprofessional and filthy.
