We recently installed an infrared heating panel in the ceiling of our basement since we were having difficulty regulating the temperature. When we would run the AC to cool the upper levels, the basement would be too chilly. And it was often chilly in the winter. We love the consistent warmth now. Even the floors feel warm. And it was super inexpensive to install and run. We're happy with how it looks. Would recommend!
