The staff at LCL are extremely helpful and always look after the customers needs. I have been a customer for over 20 years and would highly recommend them for sales or service.
LCL spas did a repair on our aging hot tub. Trevor & Andrew were very professional and were able to make the repair, after some initial complications, due to the age of our system. They were able to identify the problem, find the right part, and do the installation. Everything is working great now, and they were able to make the repair (eventually..) which is all we ask, due to the age of our spa.
LCL was amazing right from the first time we stepped into the building. Very knowledgeable staff that just want the best for you as a customer. Delivery was easy and smooth and any questions we have they are willing to answer right away. Best experience and a great family owned company.
We left numerous messages for maintenance to call about a leak in our hot tub and after being told each time that we would hear back the next day, we have not heard from anyone in over a week! A simple phone call can’t be that hard to make.
