A few years ago, we were looking to purchase good quality outdoor furniture and we were fortunate to find LCL Spas. We have just recently and in the past purchased furniture for our new deck from LCL. Arvilla has been amazing to work with and always provides exceptional service. I own an older Coast Spa. 2002 (23 years old) I do not live in Winnipeg. I was having an issue with the tub not coming on automatically when it was calling for heat. Trevor and his technician Andrew called me and I explained the things I had checked for. They carried me through some trouble shooting items and got my hot tub working properly again. Very expensive stuff.
The service here is outstanding! Never have we dealt with a company who stands behind their product as much as LCL spas does. We had an issue with our hot tub and they went above and beyond to help us. It was such a relief to deal with a company who cared as much as we did about it. Even though we purchased it almost 5 years ago, they treated us like we had just bought it. Thank you for helping in such a stressful situation!
