Jacob is saved me thousands today!! I had an LGP and needed a site plan revision (or so I thought). As someone that's not in the industry I was confused about the differences. Before asking for a bunch of money upfront and making a revision that I actually didn't need, he looked over my plans, asked more questions, and was able to figure out that the revision I was requesting was actually unnecessary.
