I worked with Jacob, he is an absolute game changer. He pays great attention to detail, is highly professional, and incredibly easy and pleasant to work with. On top of that, his pricing is extremely fair, a rare combination in this industry. Whether you’re a contractor or a property owner, I can’t recommend LCJ enough. Working with them is simply the smart move.
The bad reviews are spot on! I should have read it before. Zero work ethics. Zero communication. Has ghosted us after receiving payment. I've called, text and email several times with no response. Be aware people!!!
Read the one star reviews because they are true, the lack of communication is astonishing, 9 weeks into a 4 week project the only thing he has accomplished is taking a floor plan we found online and pasting it on our survey. We have asked for a refund and now he has ghosted us. I will be filing a complaint with TDLR as well since he claimed to be an architect but I was unable to find his name as holding a license. Hasn’t respond to my last text since may 13th
Completely screwed me out of a large job. Extreme delays and incorrect plans that even the city inspectors laughed at. He is unable to produce anything of value within timelines he gives. Never got a refund for the not finished product he provided.
