We've lived here 2 months, and still have boxes to go through. But I needed to find a tax prep service. Made an appt. Arrived and was greeted by a slovenly-dressed, disheveled man named William. He had a wet limp handshake and mumbled. He did not shut the door as every other tax preparer I have used has.
