My company hired them to install new construction indoor pool they are since out of business, will not return call, blocked calls, and still owe us our deposit $!

My family gave them a big deposit. They never came out and stole our money. This company is no longer in business. They have stole thousands from many people. We can't get a pool now due to this theft. Stay away!

I am dismayed to have to write this review. When we contracted with LCI for our fiberglass pool we were certain we had made the right choice. Unfortunately we did not. Since the installation a year ago certain deficiencies have been discovered. The owner of the company came out and agreed that there was a problem, but since that visit he has ignored all efforts at reaching him.
