I was referred here by my primary. Never got a call to schedule, received confirmation paperwork from my insurance that I had a referral there. So I called. Was transferred to the referral specialist there, she said she would call me back in 30 mins she needed to call the referral at Reynalds. Never called back. Couple weeks have gone by I call, receptionist can't get a hold of the referral specialist because they're swapping offices. Tells me to call back the next day. My primary care physician referred me to Dr. Castro. I waited a week or so after the referral to call. The first receptionist stated they had multiple records for me even though I had never been seen. She reviewed them and decided empty records must have been saved as my file was being entered into their system. She stated there was only one person that made appointments for the department and transferred me over to her.
