Went in several years ago with blood in urine and pain in flank, doctor sanner refused to send me in for xrays (citing the expense) and tested for kidney disease, never went any further. Now having surgery to remove a rather large kidney stone that is impossible to pass at its current size. Went back with an infection deep in my finger a while back when cargill prescribed a topical ointment meant for open wounds and I ended up in the er for a lancing and got the right prescription then. I had a very concerning experience with the front desk staff, particularly with Lisa Downs. The behavior I observed was unprofessional, including appearing visibly annoyed with patients, discussing private patient information loudly enough to be heard in the lobby, and using inappropriate language. This was disappointing and did not reflect the level of professionalism I would expect in a healthcare setting. I regret not being able to provide the names of the additional staff involved. I have been at this clinic for 3 years as a diabetes patient and have gone through 2 doctors. Neither was good at following up or overseeing my case. In between doctors I went forsix months or more between visits. Messages never got from the nurse to the doctor, Nilma Malik. I was just dumped this week by Nilma Malik. A follow up session was never scheduled after my pump was set up.For 20 weeks I have not had the correct insulin prescription.
