Worst shelter in Chicago. I lasted for 3 days before I high tailed it out if there. They make you go to church. I'm atheist! But it's forced or you can't stay. Khesa Pinkard's review is the truth. When I read that all my trauma from that place came flooding back 😭

The one star reviews got to be the truth. So sad and evil and im only speaking of the no help with housing and job placement. Everything else is typical of these kind of places. I believe it’s on purpose so they can keep a headcount. Remember they nonprofit they got and that they had your ass sitting in there all the time because they need bodies. I don’t know make it make sense even if what I’d say is sounds stupid. Why would you have to be in our six months and over with no type of relief.
